Welcome at TIS Waelzkoerpertechnologie GmbH. Since many years our competencie is the manufacturing or rolling components, like needle rollers, cylindrical rollers, shafts and also as a good partner for balls from destinations all over the world.

Our workshop, located in northern part of Italy, produces rolling components, rollers, pins and also axles or pivot pins for different applications, for more than 25 years.

All the rollers we produce are made of standard steel for bearing applications. The execution is according DIN 5402. We are in the position to produce special sizes or special executions according your drawing.We are also in the position to produce the rollers in stainless steel e.g. AISI 420C.

For our balls we have many different qualities and also different materials in stock. So we have the possibility to supply you with balls in ceramic, tungsten carbide, plastic and many many more. For all products and for the quality control of our products and also for all balls we import, it´s necessary to use high effective processes. To ensure a permanent quality all our processes are certified according ISO 9001:2015.

In our warehouseses we place permanent much more than 1.000 Mio pcs. of balls, cylindrical rollers and needle rollers in different qualities and materials.
